Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was really nice! The rooms were spacious and clean, but I wish I could've had a suite with a full-size fridge and microwave. The service was okay, but they could've been more helpful. The location was good despite being on a busy road. The dining experience was a letdown, but everything else was great.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, which I really liked, but I had an issue with my card being charged during our stay. The location was convenient for getting around Charleston, but there were some cleanliness issues with the towels. The dining was not impressive, with a basic selection of items served on foam plates.
I had a bit of a rough start, waiting over an hour for my elderly parents to receive their room. The hotel itself was old and dated, resembling something out of a crime scene. There was an unpleasant odor lingering around. On the positive side, the location was great for exploring downtown Charleston and nearby plantations.
